ADHS Statement on the current situation with COVID – 19 in Slovakia:
Quarantine measures have proved to be the option with the current situation, so we would like to support our government with full city closure and recommend closing the dental hygiene surgeries during the crisis situation in Slovakia!
explanation: Dental hygiene is a risky occupation due to the aerosol that is produced around us.
We do understand, It is a difficult decision for many of you, but we believe that this will help to eliminate the spread of the virus.
If you must work :
Protect yourself – wear respirators, eye and head protection.
Protect patients – do not keep patients in the waiting room (they will have to wait outside) and after each patient 30 minutes break for thorough disinfection of the ambulance!
We believe that we will all breathe out soon and our life will return to normal.
